1. Cancellation-Related

Can I cancel my cab booking online?

Yes, most bookings can be cancelled online. To do so, please fill out our cancellation form and send it to us. Alternatively, you may also call our customer support center to request a cancellation. Please note that a nominal cancellation fee will apply as outlined below:

Special Cases

• In case of any dispute between the driver and customer, JLT Cabz will either provide an alternate vehicle or issue a refund of the advance payment if the booking is cancelled.
• In the event of a vehicle breakdown or accident, an alternate vehicle will be arranged or the advance deposit will be refunded if the trip is cancelled.
• In case of a no-show by the customer at the time of scheduled departure, no refund will be issued.

2. How do I cancel my cab booking online?

Click on the cancellation link provided on our website. Enter your booking number and the email ID used at the time of booking, and submit the request. You will receive an acknowledgment via email with a reference number for your cancellation.

3. Refund-Related

Refund Policy

If a customer accidentally pays twice for the same transaction, the duplicate amount will be refunded via the same payment method within 15 to 20 working days.

When will I receive my refund after cancellation?

• Refunds will be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy.
• You can expect the refund to be processed within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.

How will I get my refund?

• The refund is not automatically credited to your card or bank account.
• To initiate the refund, please email us the cancellation reference number along with your valid bank account details.
• Once we receive the email, the refund will be processed within 10 working days.
